This software is an innovative system which simplifies the school processes, thereby bringing the school administration and students together conveniently.
This new system features amazing components for managing student records by creating a login which processes student admission locally and live. Students can now register for courses, book accommodation and make payment of fees. For new students, the system needs to provide their JAMB Registration number to generate their payment codes, while old students are to provide their matriculation number to generate their payment codes. The student payment code is a unique code which the student uses to process payments on the platform.
Alvan Gateway is built with an amazing user-centric approach and a beautiful user interface. With all its core features such as online fee payment, result checking, getting acceptance fee code, accommodation, course registration, student undertaking forms, payment reports and payment statistics. Students can now enjoy a seamless process without delay.
The system is also enabled to process fee payments through direct bank payment and online payment. Every payment made can be verified using a QR code embedded in the payment receipt, hence preventing fraudsters from taking advantage of the system. The system is fully secured to mitigate threats and attacks and is powered on Microsoft Azure.
